Cinzia Canneri

Cinzia Canneri is a photojournalist specializing in stories about the human condition and social change.

She has carried out her reportages in Italy as well as in Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan, and Tel Aviv.

Her work has been published in leading publications such as The New York Times, Days Japan, 6mois, L'OBS, XL Semanal, Aftenposten Innsikt, The Washington Post, Mind, Espresso, Millennium, and Internazionale.

She studied photography at the three-year course of the Fondazione Marangoni in Florence and at the WSP reportage masterclass in Rome. She holds a degree in Psychology and worked for many years at a Mental Health Department, an experience that allowed her to develop communication and relational skills that also characterize her approach to photography.
