
Manuela Spartà
Manuela Spartà was born in Catania in 1982. After graduating in acting from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome in 2004, she moved to New York to further her studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. At the same time, she cultivated her interest in photography. In 2008 she began working at the post-production studio 10b Photography in Rome, under the artistic direction of Claudio Palmisano, working alongside reporters from all over the world and developing projects for magazines such as Time, Der Spiegel, Internazionale, Russian Reporter, National Geographic, and Vogue. In 2015 she moved into color correction for cinema, collaborating on numerous projects including Gomorra la serie, Zero Zero Zero, and Mare Fuori. She currently lives and works in Rome. Her deep connection to reportage photography profoundly shapes her approach to color for cinema.
